Appointments are scheduled with room to breathe, so there is time to talk through everything on your mind — history, habits, questions, and the plan going forward.
Direct communication
Reach Dr. Alexander-Spencer directly by phone, text, or email for questions between visits. No phone trees, no relayed messages.
Same- or next-day visits
When something comes up, you are seen quickly — often the same day — by the physician who already knows your health story.
Care coordination
Referrals, specialists, hospital stays, and test results are coordinated and explained, with your physician advocating for you throughout.
Membership
Choose the rhythm that fits you
Membership fees cover non-medical benefits and amenities and may be paid in installments. Membership is a minimum one-year commitment. Reduced rates are available for dependents age 18–25, and family members in the same household receive a 10% discount.
